Unintentional Suicide is a very enjoyable and captivating read. My attention was first drawn to the title. It led me to wonder how I unknowingly could be committing suicide. The book is well organized, well written and very interesting. I found myself learning about pathology and how I could do things in my own life to prevent diseases. Dietary suggestions are given as well as daily activities to help direct us towards a healthier life. The images are a real eye-opener to what is actually going on inside our bodies. They brought the reality of each disease to the forefront and helped to put a face on what is going on inside. The book is written in a way that a person with no medical background/knowledge could understand. I will share it with my family and friends.
